Work closely with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
Participate in full lifecycle of requirements from discovery and analysis through design, delivery, and post-launch optimization
Design and support integration of multiple backend services such as core banking, identity/authentication, payments, and third-party platforms
Analyze system dependencies and workflows in microservices-based architectures to ensure scalable and robust solutions
Document and maintain high-quality specifications: process flows, service definitions, data mappings, and user stories
Facilitate technical discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Ensure security, compliance, and regulatory requirements are captured and implemented across solutions
3+ years of experience as System Analyst
Proven track record in mobile banking application development from requirements gathering to go-live support
Deep understanding of core banking integration, including API layers, middleware, and real-time system communication
Experience working in or around microservices-based system architectures and distributed backend ecosystems
Strong knowledge of OpenAPI / Swagger, API documentation practices, and service contract design proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, SQL, and BPMN tools for technical analysis and collaboration
Agile mindset with hands-on participation in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product delivery
Nice to Have skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of mobile app architecture, front-end/backend flows, and responsive design
Familiarity with DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery practices
Exposure to event-driven design and messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Experience as System Analyst in the banking or financial services industry
Knowledge/experience with BIAN standard for APIs
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
