Requirements

• 
  5+ years’ experience as a System Analyst on large enterprise IT projects
  (banking/fintech preferred)
• 
  Proven track record in distributed architecture, API design, and system
  integration projects
• 
  Proficiency in UML, BPMN, SQL, and modelling tools (Enterprise Architect)
• 
  Hands-on with REST and SOAP flows and related tools (Postman, Swagger)
• 
  Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex systems
  end-to-end
• 
  Polish fluency and English at B2 working level

• 
  With microservices and messaging platforms (Kafka)
• 
  Background in secure mobile or web systems
• 
  Familiarity with event-driven design, user story mapping, or event storming
• 
  Knowledge of application architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD
