HIRING POSITION: SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST

WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK , THAILAND BTS ACCESSIBLE

PAY RATE: UP TO THB 80000

Our client is a Bangkok-based innovation developer providing services and help creating digital transformation experience for businesses in Thailand. Our client also develops and designs marketing technology that will help companies move forward to the digital future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyze and translate business requirements from Product Owners and Business Analysts to drive user journeys and solutions for technical requirements.
2. Leads and provides direction for short- and long-term planning sessions to ensure understanding of business goals and direction.
3. Provides input from a business and IT perspective.
4. Leads the assessment of user needs utilizing a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes) to prioritize immediate business needs and recommends options, risks, and cost vs. benefits.
5. Leads development and communicates business requirements and functional specifications for the design and implementation of business solutions.
6. Design business logic, frameworks, and APIs including software and system architecture.
7. Design and develop application specifications to support provided solutions and application designs.
8. Design and develop SQL database, ER diagrams, UML, Workflow diagrams, and maintain technical documentation.
9. Analyzes user operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvement.
10. Provides recommendations for business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
11. Responsible for business case development and presentation.
12. Reviews and approves test plans. Monitors testing process to ensure that business results are adequately tested with minimal risk.
13. Collaborate and work closely with developers, QA, DevOps, UX, BA and Product Owners to ensure technical compatibility.
14. Identifies the need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.
15. Keeps user informed of problems, issues, and resolutions.
16. Monitors and analyzes performance metrics to ensure user satisfaction.
17. Ensures IT solutions meet user needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or other related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
3. Experience in E-Commerce
4. Experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
5. Strong understanding of application design, and micro service architecture.
6. Experience in cloud infrastructure and event-driven architecture design are a plus.
7. Knowledge of online security practices and protocols.
8. Ability to provide logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem solving.
9. Ability to design use case, activity, sequence, state, and class diagrams.
