mobile corporate banking initiative
delivering customer-facing functionality for corporate users: account overview, payment initiation/approvals, document access, notifications, and reporting. The product is
mobile-first and API-driven
, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and seamless integration with back-office systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Gather business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements

• 
  Define and document IT solutions for mobile and web channels

• 
  Specify API integrations (REST/SOAP) and produce OpenAPI/Swagger contracts

• 
  Model processes, data flows, and state diagrams (UML/BPMN in Enterprise Architect or similar)

• 
  Create functional specifications, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test artefacts

• 
  Validate integration flows using Postman, Swagger, SOAP UI, SQL

• 
  Work closely with product, UX, development, and QA teams in Agile delivery

Requirements

• 
  5+ years’ experience as a System Analyst on medium/large IT projects

• 
  Practical experience with
  mobile or internet banking
  solutions

• 
  Strong UML/BPMN/system modelling skills (Enterprise Architect preferred)

• 
  Hands-on API knowledge (REST, SOAP) with Postman/Swagger/SOAP UI

• 
  SQL proficiency for validation and troubleshooting

• 
  Experience in Agile (Scrum) teams

• 
  Fluent Polish & business-level English (B2+)

• 
  Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have:

• 
  Knowledge of microservices, event-driven patterns (Kafka)

• 
  Experience with mobile backend specifics (push, offline sync, latency handling)

• 
  Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD and automated testing

• 
  Understanding of UX principles for mobile
