In this role, you'll:
Play a key role in maintaining and optimising workplace systems —ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively and integrate seamlessly with other enterprise platforms.
Your work will directly contribute to system integrity, operational continuity and improved service delivery.
You’ll investigate system issues, analyse data to identify patterns and outages, and use these insights to drive improvements.
Your ability to translate data insights and technical findings into actionable solutions will support the development of robust procedures and enhance stakeholder confidence.
Based at Macquarie Park, this is a permanent role with flexible working arrangements, subject to approvals.

About you
You bring extensive experience in managing enterprise-grade systems and a strong understanding and proven experience in optimising system performance and the associated procedures.
Your curious and analytical mindset allows you to diagnose complex issues and recommend practical and fit-for-purpose improvements.
You’re confident working with data and skilled at communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences when liaising with stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in systems analysis or who is passionate about improving operational outcomes through technology and collaboration. You will have approximately 3 years’ experience working in a similar role and ideally have a Lean Six Sigma qualification.
