We are looking for an experienced
Senior System Analyst
to support the development of a brand-new mobile banking platform built from scratch. The role focuses on defining functional and non-functional requirements, modelling system workflows, coordinating delivery between business and IT teams, and ensuring that the new mobile solution meets performance, usability, and architectural standards.
• Model business processes and system workflows
• Conduct feasibility analysis and prepare detailed system documentation
• Manage backlog, prioritise tasks, and maintain alignment between business and delivery teams
• Supervise solution delivery and ensure compliance with requirements and architecture assumptions
• Support internal testing and helpdesk with incident analysis
• Present proposed solutions to stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience preparing technical and training documentation
• Excellent communication and ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with
MS SQL Server

Oracle
• Knowledge of

• Fluent Polish and English
