Qualifications / Experience Required :

Minimum Qualifications:

• University Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Equivalent from a reputable university. (Masters degree preferred)

Minimum Experience:

• 6-7 years relevant experience in Information Technology / Information Systems filed with relevant accreditation

Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical):

• Hands on skills on Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, Hyper-V, Server security. Solid Cloud experience, preferably in Microsoft 365, MS AZURE & AWS

• Hand on experience in Installing and configuring Blade, IBM Power server and Hyper Converged Server infrastructure

• Knowledge and experience of Load Balancers, MS SQL, Identity Management System, Veritas NetBackup, SAN/NAS storages, and Email Archiving.

• Hand on experience in Patching and Patching software for servers and clients.

• IT Architect Skills, ITIL Certificate

• Industry Certifications (e.g Microsoft MCSE, VMware Cert, etc)

• Strong conflict management, facilitation and resolution skills
