The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Surveyor to join our growing Living Capital Markets team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising institutional investors, developers, operators and private capital clients on the acquisition and disposal of living sector assets across the UK.
Working as part of an established capital markets team, you will originate opportunities, execute transactions, develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of our Living platform across Build to Rent (BTR), Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Co-living, Single Family Housing (SFH) and later living sectors.
