
The Senior Surgical Services Coordinator is a critical operational leader and strategic resource within surgical services. Drives complex scheduling, referral management, and financial clearance processes, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple clinical and administrative functions. Acting as a key liaison between surgical teams, revenue cycle operations, and executive leadership, this role champions workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives that directly impact patient experience and organizational performance. Maintains collaborative relationships across multiple business units including the USFTGP supported department and ASC's, Hospitals or both depending on the surgical staff being supported. Beyond technical expertise, provides guidance and mentorship to other coordinators, setting standards for best practices and compliance with institutional protocols. By influencing cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence, this role plays a pivotal part in advancing surgical services efficiency and supporting the success of the entire care delivery system.
