Join our SW GPS team to support next-generation software platforms.

This role combines advanced Tier 3 support with platform, backend, and DevOps expertise to ensure reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems across global customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Tier 3 expert for complex software/platform issues, driving end-to-end resolution
• Troubleshoot backend system flows across software, infrastructure, and system layers
• Analyze and reproduce issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive solutions
• Support and operate containerized applications in Linux/Kubernetes environments
• Collaborate with R&D, HW, and DevOps teams on debugging, feature readiness, and system improvements
• Contribute to CI/CD processes, monitoring, and production reliability
• Support new product introduction (NPI), including readiness validation and training
• Develop tools, documentation, and best practices to improve support efficiency and reduce escalations

Skill Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software support, backend systems, or DevOps
• Strong troubleshooting skills in complex, multi-disciplinary systems
• Practical troubleshooting experience using agentic AI systems.
• Strong experience working with and troubleshooting Linux environments
• Practical experience with cloud native production environments: containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English

Advantage

• Experience with C# or Java backend development
• Knowledge of Kubernetes operations, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), or IaC tools (Helm, Terraform)
• Understanding script coding, such as : Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Background in software development, testing, or system integration
• Experience in supporting global, production-critical environments
