Job Summary
The Azure DevOps & Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Ansible, Bash scripting, and Azure DevOps. The role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and supporting application deployments across cloud environments. The candidate will manage and optimize Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence initiatives. Strong expertise in automation, troubleshooting, DevOps practices, and cloud-native technologies is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Ansible, Bash scripting, and Azure DevOps to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Lead migration of traditional infrastructure and deployment processes to automated, scalable, and reusable IaC-based platforms.
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for infrastructure deployment, application releases, and environment automation.
- Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation frameworks for server provisioning, configuration compliance, patching, and operational tasks.
- Create and support Bash scripting solutions for automation, monitoring, deployment orchestration, and system administration activities.
- Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement secure, compliant, and highly available Azure environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, AKS platforms, and infrastructure automation processes while ensuring governance, reliability, and operational efficiency
