The Senior Supply and Inventory Planner plays a critical role within our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organization, serving as a key connector between demand, capacity, and execution. This role is responsible for converting the long-term demand plan into a long-term monthly supply plan designed to support high service levels and customer demand, while balancing cost, capacity, and operational constraints.
Beyond technical planning responsibilities, this role requires strong leadership and influence to guide cross-functional teams through the complexity required to translate plans into actionable solutions. The Senior Supply and Inventory Planner leads through ambiguity, disruption, and change, and is relied upon as a primary problem solver during supply chain or operational disruptions. Success in this role requires the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while building trusted relationships across plant leadership, commercial teams, and supply chain partners.
The Senior Supply and Inventory Planner will own the long-term supply and inventory plan for multiple product lines within the CSST NA business. This includes the development and on-going management of a monthly supply and inventory plan that aligns with the business’ C-IBP process. In this role, you will monitor key integrated business planning performance indicators, manage stock health, and coordinate across functions to identify and address risks and opportunities within the supply and inventory plans.
