Job Description

Partner: One-face to partners so as to manage external expection & Logistics performance;

• One-face to division, via e.g. regular "Coordination" workshop with Sales & Service;
• One-face to 3PL, covering contract (the part of service requirements only), performance & payment as well as relationship;
• One-face to other support functions, like F&A, Quality, Purchasing, IT, RA, Controlling, etc.

Productivity:

• Continuously improve quality, shorten/stabilize lead-time, & reduce cost:
• deliver projects and encourage team for volunteer-based projects;
• deliver quick-win of process improvements, encourage team for volunteer-based quick-win's;
• contribute BIIB's (business idea in brief, i.e. validated project/quick-win opportunity) and encourage team for volunteer-based BIIB's.

People:

• incl. inhouse, intern and temp: 1. Perform as a specialist, improve self knowledge & share with other members.2. Generic trainings and share.

Product:

• On-Time In-full High-Quality delivery;
• Ensure inventory accuracy;
• EHS.

Education

• Minimum bachelor degree

Experience

• At least 2-3 years working experiences in fields of international order processing and/or logistics management
• Experienced SAP user
• Experienced in E2E supply chain incl. international transportation, customs clearance, warehousing and domestic transportation
• Experienced in logistics knowledge of import & export of FTZ, bonded zone; Apply for CCC certification; temporary
• import and secondhand import.
• Experienced in chemical goods import is plus.

Other skills

• Fluent English & Chinese both written and spoken
• Good at analysis and reporting
• Good command of MS office and Microsoft PowerPoint, PowerBI is plus
• Result-oriented & able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with team spirits
• Continuous improvement & digitialization project experience is plus
