As the Supply Chain Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of life‑saving products to patients across the APAC region. In this position, you will act as a key liaison between partners, internal teams, and customers to secure uninterrupted patient supply while upholding all regulatory requirements and company quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact in APAC for order management.
  • Partner with Country Supply Chain to execute the order plan to ensure timely delivery of products for patient supply in country.
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) with partners and customers to ensure on time deliveries.
  • Collaborate with partners and customers to resolve discrepancies, delays, or changes in POs.
  • Maintain accurate records of POs, amendments, and related documentation in ERP System.
  • Partner with Country Supply Chain, Transport Service Providers, Custom Brokers and Customers to resolve shipping issues.
  • Manage and monitor transportation costs while ensuring timely delivery of goods, within budget.
  • Complete good receipts into ERP system and ensure accurate and timely data updates.
  • Work with suppliers, Finance, and Country Supply Chain to reconcile discrepancies in invoices and deliveries.
  • Set up and maintain item and vendor data within the MRP/ERP system.
  • Ensure all activities comply with GxP standards and company policies.
  • Analyse and report Supply Chain performance metrics for measurement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and maintain compliance to GxP.
  • Participate in supply chain/operations project teams as required.
  • Provide backup coverage for fellow Supply Chain team, when required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (diploma in business administration, supply chain, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferable in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Good understanding of GxP, quality, technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Advanced Microsoft and software application skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage different priorities in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on approach with curiosity, can-do and positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills (team player, integrity, agile, creativity).
  • Fluent English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Mandarin, Korean) is an advantage.
