As our Senior Supply Chain Performance Specialist, you'll help unlock smarter ways of working across our end-to-end supply chain. How you'll make an impact

• Analyse and map end-to-end supply chain processes to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen operational performance
• Partner with business and technical teams to design and implement future state processes that enhance customer outcomes, data quality, and scalable ways of working
• Gather and document business requirements, process maps, workflows, and user stories to support process and system improvements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and human-centred design principles to deliver measurable business outcomes
• Support major supply chain transformation programmes, including process redesign, system implementations, testing, training, and deployment activities
• Facilitate workshops, build strong stakeholder relationships, and strengthen process ownership and change capability across the supply chain
• Develop standard operating procedures, governance practices, and reusable process assets that enable sustainable performance and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 to 7 years' experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, or supply chain operations
• Proven success delivering process improvements across end-to-end supply chain value streams such as Order to Cash, Plan to Deliver, and Procure to Pay
• Experience working with ERP platforms, ideally SAP, and familiarity with digital operational systems
• Strong experience supporting transformation programmes, process redesign, stakeholder engagement, and change delivery
• Excellent process mapping and documentation skills using tools such as Visio, Signavio, or Promapp
• Strong analytical capability with experience using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to generate business insights
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and collaborate across technical and business teams
• Understanding of supply chain governance, project delivery, and operational best practice. Knowledge of the SCOR model would be an advantage
• Demonstrated experience leveraging digital processes and technology to improve operational performance, including successfully embedding new tools and ways of working into an operational and supply chain environment
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is desirable
• NZPICS CPIM, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or PRINCE2 qualifications are beneficial.
