Description du poste

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Engineer to join our team at our industrial site in Settat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient management of material flows, inventory, warehousing, transportation and finished goods distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Oversee procurement coordination, goods reception and inventory management.
• Ensure smooth material flows between warehouses and production lines.
• Coordinate transportation, shipping and delivery operations.
• Implement stock management procedures and optimize warehouse capacity.
• Supervise loading, unloading and material handling activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters and internal departments.
• Lead and supervise the logistics team.
• Monitor logistics performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the industrial site start-up, including the reception, handling and storage of industrial equipment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, transportation and production flows.
• Experience in team management is required
• Good command of Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English.
