Your scope of work

As a (Senior) Supply Chain Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our National Distribution Center (NDC) in Etten-Leur. You act as the link between our stores, warehouse, and internal stakeholders, ensuring our logistics processes support both store replenishment and B2C online orders. You are responsible for supporting 54 stores, making sure deliveries are accurate and on time. Rather than simply solving operational issues, you identify root causes and drive structural improvements to optimize our supply chain.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinate operational and SAP-related improvement projects within the distribution center
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes, system performance, and operational efficiency
• Act as the second-line support for stores on logistics-related questions, including deliveries, returns, and system issues
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational bottlenecks across the supply chain
• Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs of external logistics partners, with a focus on OTIF and delivery performance
• Challenge operational performance during daily and weekly review meetings
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Store Operations, and external partners to continuously improve our logistics operation

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent
• Experience in a logistics environment or affinity with supply chain processes
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into process improvements
• Good knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different stakeholders
• Proactive, hands-on, and takes ownership
• Fluent in Dutch and English
