The positionis responsible fordeveloping analytics solutions for Supply Chain and Operations focused on SIOP. Responsibilities includereviewing, analyzing, documenting,and validating user requirements, applications,and processesin addition to creatingthe solutionsinSnowflake andPower BIThis will beaccomplishedby workingwith stakeholders throughout the organization toidentifyand actionopportunities forleveragingcompany data to drive businessimprovements and achieve abest in classSupply Chain.
Lead data driveninitiativesin Supply Chain applications implementations, design, development, and support fordatamodel building acrosskeyIPS SIOP Analytics such asforecastaccuracymetrics, inventory analytics,and other cross functional requirements.
Responsibilities
Analyzeoperational problems andimplement analytics solutions that enable businessimprovements through modeling, analytical reviews, dataminingand other analytical methods
Design and measurenew analysis/reporting processesOwnback-endand front-end ofPower BI Dashboards.
Lead and manage the design, development, testing,implementationand support ofSnowflake drivenPower BI reports for Supply ChainFocus on topics such ason timeperformance to customers, production attainment, past due reporting, and forecast accuracy.
Subject matter expert and liaison for cross functional efforts.Assistwith design and development ofvalue addedoperational reporting and analysis acrossallSupply Chain.
Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sourcesAnalyzes,reconcilesandidentifiesmeasurable opportunitiesforimprovement.Identifiesand implements audit processes to ensuredataissues areidentified, tracked,reportedand resolvedin a timely manner
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models andmonitoroutcomes.Develop processes and tools tomonitorand analyze model performance and data accuracy.Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
BS in Supply Chain Management,Analytics,Business,orEngineering. MBA a plus
Minimum7years of proven, progressive supply chainand analyticsexperience
MRP Knowledge (SAP andOracle preferred)
Strong analytical skills -DatabaseStructures, Power BI,SnowflakeSQL
Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, S&OP, Master Scheduling, Inventory / Warehouse Optimization, Demand Planning
Extensive knowledge of Operational/Supply Chain metrics reporting and analytical tools / analysis
Ability to lead through influence
Strong interpersonal skills, proven ability to navigate, influence, and negotiate matrix reporting relationships.
Comfort with working with several cultures / nationalities and managing teams across several time zones globally
Familiar with a variety ofthe manufacturingconcepts, practices, procedures
Demonstrated ability to analyze, resolveproblemsand convert data into actionable solutionsDetailoriented andaccurate
Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans and business results
