Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain
    operations for finished goods, including import coordination and
    sales order (SO) processing, ensuring accurate cost of goods sold (COGS)
    tracking.
  • Manage LMAS (Local
    Material Acquisition System) processes for raw and packaging
    materials, including purchase order (PO) creation, supplier coordination,
    and procurement compliance.
  • Coordinate tolling
    manufacturing production schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective
    output aligned with business forecasts.
  • Lead inventory and shelf
    life management, particularly for promotional packs and SOTEX items,
    minimizing write-offs and obsolescence.
  • Manage the procurement and
    delivery of point-of-sale (POS) materials, ensuring timely
    availability for trade marketing activities.
  • Support New Product
    Development (NPD) projects by scoping potential suppliers,
    coordinating bidding processes, and evaluating cost proposals.
  • Coordinate manpower and
    logistics requirements for production runs, including handling of
    disposals, bottle recovery management, and BO (breakage/obsolete) item
    processes.
  • Handle purchase
    requisition (PR) creation, check reports for accuracy, and
    process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in Sys21 for completed goods
    and services.
  • Collaborate closely with
    the Purchasing team for canvassing of materials, price
    evaluation, supplier negotiation, and delivery follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial
    Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of
    relevant experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or
    logistics, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding
    of COGS accounting, inventory control, procurement workflows,
    and supplier management.
  • Hands-on experience
    with ERP systems (preferably Sys21 or equivalent), PR/PO processing,
    and goods receipt documentation.
  • Strong analytical,
    organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to handle multiple
    priorities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and
    coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, toll
    manufacturers, and suppliers.
  • Experience in NPD
    support, bidding processes, and POS material handling is an advantage.
