
Senior Supply Base Management Specialist

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Supply Base Management Specialist to support our Commercial Spares SM Fleet Initiatives team in Everett, WA or Seattle, WA
The ideal candidate will lead and manage special projects within BGS Supplier Management Commercial while ensuring alignment with customer, program, and commodity strategies. Lastly, you will develop and execute project plans, drive cost-saving and improvement initiatives, and deliver strategic insights and outcomes to senior leadership.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and Project Manage Special Projects cutting across all BGS Commercial Supplier Management
Ensure risk, opportunities, and issues are identified for executive consideration and decisions
Initiate and lead continuous improvement of business processes and tools
Act as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers, and programs
Lead the development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs
Analyze supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities that incorporate into contracting strategies
Communicate supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues, and opportunities to senior leaders
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes
5+ years of experience in Project Management
5+ years of experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
5+ years of experience in performing data analysis
5+ years of experience in coordinating projects across multiple businesses and globally distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain, or a related field
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Possess strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
Certified as a Project Management Professional
