Job Description

Manage End to End Supplier Quality Processes including Supplier Qualification, Part Qualification and Performance Management.

  • Conduct comprehensive supplier evaluations and quality audits to ensure compliance with DN standards.
  • Lead the Supplier Part Approval Process (SPAP), overseeing all phases from initiation to implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers to establish and maintain robust process control plans that drive consistency and excellence.
  • Proactively address and resolve supplier quality issues, mitigating risks to the supply chain and product integrity.
  • Define quality objectives and systematically monitor supplier performance against established targets, facilitating ongoing enhancement.
  • Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives, fostering strong relationships to support ongoing development.
  • Initiate, monitor, and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions directly at supplier sites.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality management.
  • Be familiar with manufacturing processes such as PCBA and Box Build.
  • Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication skills in a global company environment.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Able to travel 30% of the working time in Asian countries.
