Als Sr. Supervisor QC Release maak je deel uit van het supervisorenteam en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en aansturing van het QC non-chrom labo in dagdienst Je zorgt voor een veilige, efficiënte en conforme uitvoering van analytische activiteiten ter ondersteuning van productie en kwaliteit van grondstoffen, verpakkingen, API’s en DP-intermediates. Tegelijk bouw je actief mee aan een sterke performancecultuur, de verdere ontwikkeling van je team en een toekomstgerichte QC-werking op de site in Geel.
Toont inzicht in AI-concepten en -frameworks — inclusief bewustzijn van verantwoorde en ethische AI-praktijken — en heeft ervaring met het genereren van effectieve prompts om de efficiëntie en productiviteit te verhogen.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€72 500,00 - €115 230,00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
