Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for production and documentation, method analysis/ improvements, machines layout and equipment acquisition, preparation of equipment justification and appropriation request development, statistical process control systems, providing analytical troubleshooting leadership, hands-on to involve process and production activity is must.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer to the one of the specialisations of Optics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• A min of 2 years of relevant working experience in Production Management Positions as Supervisor, Team Lead or equivalent positions at hi-tech manufacturing.

Skills

• Strong at LEAN manufacturing and 4M1E skills
• People Management skills
• Planning the production schedule
• Time management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic
• Performance Management (Yield, Productivity, Quality, cost…)
• English communication is compulsory, Chinese speaking is a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
