Join a high-impact manufacturing environment where you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, production stability, and quality performance. As a Senior Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations while partnering cross-functionally and with contract manufacturers to ensure seamless production flow, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who thrives in fast-paced, quality-driven industries such as electronics or medical devices.
Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, yield, and delivery targets
Partner closely with contract manufacturers to resolve operational issues and ensure production stability
Drive production planning execution by monitoring schedules, WIP, material readiness, and output performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse to align capacity, materials, and logistics
Supervise and coach production teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and performance expectations
Champion continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving (RCA, CAPA).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)
7–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations (electronics or medical devices preferred)
Strong expertise in production control, process management, and regulatory standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485)
Proven leadership experience managing teams and multi-line manufacturing environments
Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Operations Excellence methodologies (certification is a plus)
Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
