We are seeking an experienced Senior Supervisor – Electrical to join our team. This position will play a critical role in overseeing electrical works on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all electrical installation and commissioning activities for HV and LV systems, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications.

• Develop and implement work plans and schedules for electrical teams, coordinating resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.

• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality assurance procedures across all electrical works.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and resolving any technical or operational issues promptly.

• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems, verifying compliance with Australian standards and project requirements.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to address design changes, technical queries, and site challenges.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including progress updates, risk assessments, and quality control records.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize electrical installation processes and enhance overall project performance.

• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture, leading by example and ensuring all team members are aligned with ACCIONA’s values and standards.

Relocation Options

We are seeking candidates who are open to the following arrangements:

• Based in Adelaide, with Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) travel to the project site in Port Lincoln as required, or

• Relocate directly to Port Lincoln for the duration of the project.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Trade qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• Proven experience in electrical supervision in construction and site testing for HV and LV systems within large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards and safety requirements.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in remote project environments.
