About this role:

The Senior Supervisor, EH&S leads the day-to-day execution of Environment, Health & Safety programs on the floor, supervising EH&S staff and driving compliance, risk reduction and a strong safety culture across shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads daily execution of EH&S programs across the site and supervises EH&S staff.
• Ensures compliance with applicable OSHA and EPA regulations and recordkeeping requirements.
• Conducts and oversees inspections, risk assessments and job-safety analyses.
• Leads incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective-action closure.
• Delivers EH&S training and drives behavior-based safety on the floor.
• Manages waste, chemical and environmental programs and permit requirements.
• Coordinates emergency-response teams, drills and preparedness.
• Tracks EH&S KPIs and leads improvement plans with Operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of industrial EH&S experience, including supervising or leading others.
• 5+ years strong working knowledge of US EH&S regulations (OSHA, EPA) and recordkeeping.
• 5+ years proven experience leading incident investigations and corrective-action programs.
• 5+ years experience conducting inspections, risk assessments and delivering EH&S training.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSP, ASP or CIH certification.
• Experience with environmental permitting and waste programs.
• Experience driving behavior-based safety in high-volume manufacturing.
• 3+ years of experience in heavy manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental, Industrial or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Working knowledge of EHS management systems (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001).
• Availability to support a multi-shift operation.
