About the role - you will:

The Drive Operations team is looking for Supervisor. In this position, you will be responsible for direct supervision of the Operators including overseeing activities in a production area to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet production targets.
• Maintain lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 6S to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
• Lead and motivate a team of Manufacturing specialist fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team to enhance their skills, performance and high level of discipline.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Your experience includes:

• Diploma in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Proven experience of a supervisory role in manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Willing to perform permanent night shift.
