Job Description

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Supervisor to join a day service supporting adults with autism inTallaght.
This role involves leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports, enabling individuals to live independently, develop skills, and actively engage in their communities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team to deliver person-centred care
  • Ensure supports are delivered in line with individual care plans
  • Promote independence, community participation, and skill development
  • Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and engaging environment

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year’s recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Experience supervising or managing a team
  • Strong understanding of social care legislation and best practice
  • Knowledge of the needs and rights of individuals with autism
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage team rotas
  • Experience leading meetings and supporting staff
  • Full manual driver’s licence (essential)
