What You Will Do:

The Data Analytics Manager leads the data analytics and transformation function supporting Aftermarket business units. This role is responsible for managing a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers tasked to automated and improve overall data reporting capabilities. Also, this person ensures that the Data Management and Data Governance principles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts & BI Developers, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure day-to-day data operations meet defined SLAs and data quality KPIs.
  • Own and maintain data operations work instructions, operating procedures, and business rules, ensuring documentation remains current and aligned with evolving processes and systems.
  • Establish and monitor operational controls and dashboards to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Oversee data transformation roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall data strategy.
  • Oversee investigation and resolution of recurring or complex data quality issues, ensuring appropriate escalation and root cause analysis.
  • Translate operational challenges into process improvements, automation opportunities, and strengthened data validation controls.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data operations workflows, monitoring frameworks, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the data analyst & bi developers teams are properly trained on tools, business rules, and governance practices.

Expectations of the Role

  • Success in this role will be measured through:
  • Sustained compliance with data quality KPIs (completeness, accuracy, timeliness).
  • Effective team performance and operational delivery of the Data Analyst & BI developer functions.
  • Reduction of recurring data issues through preventive controls and process improvements.
  • Well-maintained and current procedures and work instructions.
  • Achieving transformational improvements
  • Strong collaboration with stakeholders to ensure data provider compliance and process alignment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or
  • An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Experience managing and developing a team, including providing direction, coaching, performance feedback, and workload prioritization.
  • Experience driving operational performance of a team against defined SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Experience establishing or managing data governance, data stewardship, or operational data management processes.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional issue resolution with data providers, system owners, and operational stakeholders.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience managing data analysts or master data management teams in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience implementing data quality monitoring frameworks, dashboards, or operational controls.
  • Experience working with enterprise data platforms or operational systems such as SAP.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives to strengthen data quality and operational efficiency.

Shifts/Work Hours:

  • Shift Timings: 12.30 PM to 9.30 PM IST

This role requires flexibility to accommodate stakeholder interactions and support business needs.

Onsite: Hybrid
