Senior Supervisor, Analytics and Metrology
The Role:
We areseekinga highly skilled Metal Analysis Expert with a background in the semiconductor industry to lead our specialized analytical team at Entegris Taiwan Technical Center (TTC). In this role, you will lead the trace metal analysis teams to support research and development work at TTC, supervise agroupandoverseeday-to-daytrace metal analysisoperationsin various semiconductor materials.
In this role you will:
Serve as the trace metal analysis expert to lead the new method development in ppt/ppqlevel ICPMS analysis as well assp-ICPMS analysis. Participate in global meteorologygrouptoidentifyand develop future state of the art of trace metal analysis for Entegris.
Serve as the metal analysis teamsupervisor to manage day-to-day operation of trace metal analysis requests. Working with other R&D and application groups at TTC to schedule and process the samples requests. Support R&Dprojectand address customer issues.
Ensuresafety and other regulatory compliance for trace metalgroupinday-to-dayoperations.

Has strong Team Leadership and Technical background in ICPMS technique. Can collaborate with cross-functionalteam to drive trace metal technology forward
Education:Master’s or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry ora relatedfield.
Experience:
Minimum5+ years of experience in Trace Metal Analysis within the semiconductor industry oracommercialservice lab.
Proven experience in technical development forICPMSsystem.
Leadership Skills:Experience as a team leaderor a senior engineer witha strong desireto transition into people management.
Communication:Fluent in English (written and verbal) for technical reporting and global collaboration.
