This is a field-focused leadership role where you’ll oversee day-to-day site execution on complex, technically intensive projects while mentoring superintendents and foremen in the field. You’ll coordinate large subcontractor teams, drive safety and schedule, and ensure high-quality delivery across mechanical, electrical, and specialty scopes.

About the role:
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for training and developing incoming and rising superintendents. This position also ensures project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. May supervise and coordinate various contractors to ensure contract compliance and will supervise and coordinate trade work. The Superintendent will report to the General Superintendent. SDC Austin: 430,000 sq. ft. campus with up to 84 MW of IT load capacity, designed for high-density cooling. This project is Sabey's second building on the SDC Austin campus.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $110,589 - $165,884 Relocation assistance provided.
