We encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and diversity characteristics and warmly encourage disabled or neuro divergent candidates to apply.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise all site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.Coordinate daily work activities between contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.Monitor project progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when required.Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE requirements at all times.Resolve construction issues and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Client representatives.Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize delays.Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews.Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion and handover to the client.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including 5 years in a senior site leadership role on large Oil & Gas projects.Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects with strong knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures.Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills with a commitment to HSE excellence.Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
