YOUR MISSIONS

  • Analysis of the business requirements and an analysis of the adjustment gap between the customer's requirements and the technological solution.​​​​​​​
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create a solution design for the solution in accordance with best practices.
  • Participate in Third Party Application Maintenance, assistance in managing the maintenance of the solution with end users, and the reliability of the HRIS system data in order to ensure its continued quality
  • Carry out technical and functional monitoring (monitoring software and legal developments in the business environment), advise and train users on the final solution
  • Respond to corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance tickets for the solution (delivery of fixes, development developments), test and control the solutions provided to customers
  • Proactively identify potential sources of solution improvement (writing a clear solution to the client, communicating resolutions to the project team)

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum five years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll or S/4 HCM Payroll, is required.
  • Knowledge of Payroll Control Center preferred.
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central experience desired.
  • Previous employment in a Human Resource related capacity or a functional role in Payroll, is a strong plus.
  • SAP HCM PA / OM expertise is a must.
  • Excellent English level is required, French is a plus.
