Essential Duties & Responsibilities

· Serve as the United States Marines Corps (USMC) point of contact and Liaison to related PAE Fires Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and working groups

· Work closely with the Program Managers for Short and Intermediate Effectors for Layered Defense (SHIELD), Tactical Air and Ground Munitions (TAGM) and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) efforts for the purpose of ensuring close coordination

· Integrate as the local USMC point of contact into the SHIELD, TAGM, and C-UAS IPT’s and working groups providing awareness and recommendations to the various Army IPT’s and working groups and PM GBAD regarding progress and demonstrated capabilities

· Provide technical and programmatic support in the following areas including, but not limited to, tasks for program management analysis, planning, liaison and operations support, strategic communications, engineering, test and evaluation, software management, and system safety liaison support

· Participate in working groups

· Execute persistent surveillance of the Air Defense and C-UAS ecosystem to identify opportunities that can be exploited in support of the warfighter

Required (Minimum Necessary) Qualifications

· Education Requirements: Master’s degree (or applicable work experience)

· Level of Experience Requirements: At least seven years’ experience working with the USMC

· Knowledge and understanding of Marine Corps Air Defense environment

· Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and MS Project

· Effective written and oral communication skills

· Experience with C-UAS capability integration

· This position requires an Active SECRET security clearance

Schedule and Flexibility: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM (CT)

Other Pertinent Work DetailsPosition located in Huntsville, AL and will be on-site at Redstone Arsenal Army Base.

Additional Qualifying Factors

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
