What We’re Looking For

• 5+ consecutive years of experience behind the chair
• Luxury or high-end salon training and experience
• An established clientele and a passion for growing your book of business
• Experience with client rebooking, retail recommendations, and client retention
• Strong guest relationship-building and communication skills
• A team-first mindset and commitment to elevated service standards

Schedule & Availability

We’re looking for stylists with flexibility to work approximately 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.

Our onboarding process recognizes your existing experience, with the potential to shorten or completely test out of training, depending on your skills and qualifications.

What You’ll Need

• Active Illinois Cosmetology License
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining a clientele
• A passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction
• Flexibility to meet salon scheduling needs

Arlington Heights, Bloomingdale, Chicago, Crystal Lake, Deerfield, Geneva, Libertyville, Naperville, Oakbrook, Orland Park, Schaumburg, Skokie, and Vernon Hills.
