This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Study Start-Up Specialist based in Canada.

This role is responsible for driving high-quality study start-up activities across clinical research programs.

You will coordinate site activation from selection through initiation, helping keep studies on track and within established timelines.

The position combines regulatory submissions, document management, site engagement, and clinical systems expertise.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and site partners to streamline processes and reduce start-up cycle times.

The role also contributes to improving study start-up infrastructure, workflows, and operational efficiency across North America.

Success requires strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of clinical research regulations, and effective stakeholder communication.
