  • Responsible for structural simulation activities for automotive electronic products, including vibration fatigue, thermo-mechanical, and related static simulation analysis.
  • Load path and cause-effect relationships analysis by simulation, thereby assessing risks for product reliability design or problem solving.
  • Collaborate with the global experts on simulation competence development and simulation tasks.
  • Develop new simulation competences based on the project requirement; Take responsibility for standardization and automation of simulation methods.
  • Provide internal simulation skills training and case sharing for the team and mentor junior engineers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Solid Mechanics, Vehicle Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of structural simulation work experience (automotive electronics preferred).
  • Proficient in at least one simulation tool (Ansys / Abaqus, or similar).
  • Familiar with the testing procedures for vibration, modal, and material constitutive models.
  • Solid knowledge of fatigue analysis theory, mechanics of materials theory, and finite element fundamentals.
  • Programming capability in Matlab/Python.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid engineering judgment; Ability to communicate complex simulation results effectively to cross-functional teams; Self-motivated and capable of independently driving technical deep-dive topics.
