Seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead water resources hydraulic structural projects. Join a top, local firm delivering resilient, science‑based solutions.
The Senior Structural Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, design, and delivery of complex hydraulic structures projects. This role blends advanced technical expertise with people leadership—ensuring both project success and team growth. In this role, you will develop science-based engineering solutions that integrate infrastructure with the natural environment, supporting water retention and storage systems, conveyance structures, flow control and regulation systems, safety and measurement structures, and the rehabilitation of critical water infrastructure including fisheries and hydropower projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies, and oversee projects from concept through design and into construction. You will help create an engaged, accountable team environment while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard of excellence. This position is ideal for a structural professional with progressive expertise in hydraulic, fisheries, and hydropower structural engineering, strong leadership capability, and a desire to influence both project outcomes and team success—delivering resilient, impactful solutions for the communities we serve.
