Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with > 7 years of experience. The firm, situated in the Greater Toronto Area, is
expanding its team and requires your expertise. This is a contract role.

Your
qualifications will encompass:

• 
  A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, along with a
  minimum of 7 years of experience in power generation, TL, and HV
  substation design.
• 
  The capability to work independently within
  a collaborative team environment.
• 
  Proficiency in utilizing structural analysis
  software.
• 
  Excellent communication skills, both written and
  oral.

Your
duties will involve:

• 
  Engaging in continuous communication and
  coordination with clients, other consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• 
  Contributing your extensive knowledge of
  codes and standards relevant to your design responsibilities.
• 
  Ensuring projects are completed on schedule
  and within budget.
• 
  Exhibiting creativity and innovation in
  problem-solving.
• 
  Leading by example.
