Location: Espoo, Finland
Work mode: Hybrid, with 1–2 days working from home
Reports to: Chief of Structural Engineering
Type: Permanent, full-time
At Hyperion Robotics, we are building advanced 3D concrete printing systems to make construction more sustainable, scalable, and intelligent. Our Structural Engineering team plays a critical role in turning that vision into reliable real-world systems: designing, analyzing, certifying, and deploying 3D-printed concrete elements across projects in Finland, the UK, and future deployments across Europe.
We are now looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join us in Espoo, Finland. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of structural engineering packages from the ground up together with the team - from preliminary structural concepts, CAD and Rhino/Grasshopper modeling, and finite element analysis (GSA/FEM) to Eurocode compliance, detailed calculation reports, and site testing. You will work in a collaborative team environment with regular technical discussions, cross-disciplinary design reviews, and shared problem-solving alongside our robotics, production, and sales teams.
This role is ideal for an experienced structural engineer who is completely independent in their engineering work, eager to mentor less senior engineers, and motivated to bridge technical design with commercial impact.
