Senior Structural Engineer

Salary Range $115,000 - $177,000 per year

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
• Valid Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on heavy industry
• Proficiency in STAAD or similar structural analysis software

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design, construction, and execution of structural projects within the heavy industrial sector. This role involves tackling complex challenges that require in-depth analysis, innovative problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute structural designs for heavy industrial projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Analyze complex issues, evaluate variable factors, and develop innovative solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve project objectives.
• Determine and implement project approaches with limited supervision, ensuring milestones and goals are met.
• Engage with internal teams, vendors, and external customers to coordinate activities and foster effective communication.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
