At Hatch, we are passionately committed to the pursuit of a better world through positive change. Our global network of professionals works on some of the world's most complex mining, energy, infrastructure, and industrial projects, delivering innovative and practical solutions for our clients. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to provide technical leadership across a diverse portfolio of mining and industrial projects. This role will lead the delivery of complex brownfield and greenfield projects while supporting project execution, client engagement, and the development of engineering capability within the team.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You are a Chartered Structural Engineer with significant experience delivering mining, minerals processing, ports, infrastructure, and industrial projects within a consulting, EPCM, or owner’s team environment. You are recognised for your technical expertise and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and project outcomes. You bring experience in structural steel, reinforced concrete, foundations, and industrial structural systems, together with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative approach to project delivery. You are passionate about mentoring others, driving engineering excellence, and delivering practical solutions that create long-term value for clients.
