We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Projects Manager to join the Strategy Execution & Business Transformation team of Yara Europe. The role will be in charge of shaping and delivering strategic business transformation initiatives, combining strong business understanding with technology enabled solutions.
The role will take ownership of complex, cross functional initiatives focused on AI, automation, digitalisation and operational improvement, working closely with senior business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners.
This is a senior, execution focused role for someone who can move confidently between strategy and implementation. You will be expected to structure ambiguous business challenges, identify opportunities, build the case for change and drive initiatives through implementation and value realisation.
Location: the role is based in Oslo, Norway.
