1、结合非洲区域长期战略，制定并实施非洲区域公共关系中长期战略规划与年底工作计划
2、深入研究各国能源政策、投资环境及社会文化特点，为公司区域战略决策提供公共事务方面的专业建议
3、建立并维护与能源主管部门、电力公司、融资机构等的战略合作关系
4、代表公司参加能源论坛等活动，维护与风能协会等行业协会的合作关系，争取行业话语权
5、负责非洲区域品牌形象的本地化建设、结合非洲各国文化特点讲好“金风故事”
6、管理非洲区域官方社交媒体及对外传播渠道，确保品牌信息的一致性与专业性
7、建立非洲区域危机公关预警与应急处理机制
8、协调处理重大突发事件中的公共事务，确保公司与政府、媒体、社区等各方的有效沟通
9、与集团品牌于公共关系部、国际业务总部保持密切沟通
10、与区域开发，营销团队紧密协同，为项目推进提供公共事务支持
1、深入掌握南非市场的能源政策，如REIPPP（可再生能源独立电力生产商采购计划）的招标机制，BEE（黑人经济振兴法案）的要求；
2、熟悉南非风电行业主要参与者与竞争者格局；
3、熟悉南非风能协会等行业协会的运作机制协会；
4、具备政策分析与研判能力，能及时捕捉能源政策变化并形成应对策略；
5、熟悉非洲主流媒体，具备危机公关预警、研判与应急处理能；熟悉社交媒体运营及跨文化品牌传播策略
6、理解非洲各国政治风险、社区冲突风险的识别与应对机制
