About the Role:As a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving analytical strategy and operational execution across our SMB and Mid-Market (MM) commercial segments. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution, translating leadership priorities into structured work, scalable systems, and actionable insights that drive predictable revenue growth.You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to optimize go-to-market performance, while owning key Strategy & Operations workstreams. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring strong subject-matter expertise, the ability to operate through ambiguity, and a focus on building scalable, repeatable solutions.This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities: - Strategy & Execution: Own Strategy & Operations support for SMB and Mid-Market segments, translating commercial leadership priorities into structured analyses, scalable processes, and clear, actionable recommendations.
- Analytical Leadership & Insights: Lead and review analytical work across sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and GTM funnel efficiency, ensuring rigor, consistency, and business relevance. Develop data-backed perspectives on sales org design, resourcing, and investment tradeoffs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance to align on definitions, metrics, and operating cadence for performance management across SMB and Mid-Market segments. Represent Strategy & Operations in cross-functional forums and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Design, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting workflows that enable consistent tracking of progress, risks, and outcomes. Ensure visibility into key metrics that drive decision-making and accountability.
- Operational Excellence & Infrastructure: Drive improvements to CRM usage, data quality, and revenue operations infrastructure to support scale and more effective decision-making. Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Risk Management & Communication: Proactively identify risks or blockers, escalate issues with well-reasoned recommendations, and ensure alignment across stakeholders to maintain execution momentum.
- AI Orientation: Apply AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, speed up analysis, and streamline workflows as part of day-to day work.
Minimum Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, sales operations, or revenue operations, with a track record of leading complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear actions and business impact.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Outreach. Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and present insights clearly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of analysts is a plus.
- Experience supporting SMB and/or Mid-Market go-to-market motions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
