Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely.
We are transforming the legal experience for all by bettering the lives of legal professionals while increasing access to justice.
Clio is the global leader in legal AI, with more than US$500M in ARR. We build AI for legal professionals every day. This role makes sure Clio runs on it too. You'll sit in Strategy & Operations, partner with our AI Centre of Excellence, and do two things most roles keep separate: shape the corporate strategy, and build the agents and automations that deliver it. You'll find the highest-value work, build the first version yourself, and stay with it until teams actually use it.
We are seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate to join our Strategy & Operations team. This role is available to candidates in either Vancouver or Toronto.
Strategy & Operations partners with leaders across Clio on corporate and business strategy, new opportunities, business performance, and the company’s operating rhythm. We bring analysis, an organization-wide perspective, and the ability to turn decisions into action. As a Senior Strategy & Operations Associate, you will have the opportunity to help determine immediate and long-term business strategy, set OKRs, build business / investment cases, and support our business review rituals to measure business performance.
The team also drives work within Clio’s AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) to identify opportunities, build and test AI-enabled workflows, and help teams adopt approaches that improve how work gets done. As a Senior Associate, you will help the team move from the big picture to a working solution: engaging teams cross functionally to understand a problem, set a clear direction, measure impact, define prototypes, and iterate on them. You will be supported with the most advanced AI models and tech stack, and work directly with the C-suite on driving org wide business transformation.
Your background may be in strategy and operations, product, consulting, solutions delivery, or another role that combines business judgment with hands-on building. Demonstrated impact through your career is more important than a particular career path.
This role is a backfill for an existing position.
Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture.
The expected salary range for this role is $113,900 to $154,100 CAD. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow. Final offer amounts will vary based on candidate profile.

We pride ourselves in building and fostering an environment where our teams feel included, valued, and enabled to do the best work of their careers, wherever they choose to log in from.
