Looking to exit top-tier consulting into a high-impact corporate role? Join a high-calibre, ex-consulting strategy team and act as a direct advisor to the Executive Leadership Team during an iconic digital transformation.

As a Senior Strategy Manager at News Corp, you will occupy a pivotal position at the heart of shaping our long-term strategic direction. Reporting directly to a Head of Strategy, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to the senior executives, helping to identify, shape, and address enterprise-level priorities in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Advisory: Partner closely with very senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted strategic advisor and influencing key decision-making through compelling communication.

  • Problem Solving: Tackle complex, ambiguous business challenges stemming from a rapidly evolving digital publishing and media landscape.

  • Strategic Delivery: Drive high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives from concept to successful completion.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Foster a culture of collaboration, alignment, and sharp focus across the Strategy, M&A, and Transformation functions.

Who are you?

  • 6+ years of experience with a strategy consulting firm, with strong preference for experience from Tier 1 to 1.5 firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney, LEK, Oliver Wyman).

  • Experience from a corporate strategy setting is also desired but not mandatory.

  • A track record of leading high-impact strategic projects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Superior communication abilities to engage and persuade at the executive level

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • (preferred, not required): MBA and/or experience in the media or news publishing industry
