Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role
• 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree
• Experience in strategic or executive communications
• Experience working in or deep knowledge of Asia Pacific markets
• Ability to translate complex, ambiguous topics to stories that spark an audience
• Ability to provide stakeholder management at executive-levels with clear written and verbal communication
• Exceptional business acumen, and long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills

Within GCS, the Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) team delivers crucial business insights, ensures cross-functional alignment on goals and execution, and drives strategic initiatives, bridging high-level company priorities with daily operations and developing future growth opportunities. The APAC RSO team is accountable for driving the GCS business strategy and execution across six key markets (Australia, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia).

As the Senior Strategy & Operations Lead for the Office of GCS APAC VP, you will serve as the principal strategic advisor and trusted proxy to the GCS APAC Vice President, leading the Chief of Staff office within APAC RSO. Your primary responsibilities include leading the regional business cadence, architecting high-stakes executive communications, and driving leadership engagements across the region. You will act as the crucial connective tissue between global company priorities and regional execution, directing a portfolio of complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives essential for Google's future business growth in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Act as business manager and thought partner to the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) APAC regional Vice President.
• Shape GCS APAC priorities and drive business cadence (e.g., weekly staff meetings, leadership offsites), ensuring fast decision-making, focus and delivery against the highest priorities across the business.
• Lead executive engagement and presence in the region, activate global and regional priorities via clear communication from the regional Vice President in key moments (e.g. GCS APAC town halls).
• Drive APAC wide strategic initiatives to support executive leadership and the organization to grow our customers and grow Google.
• Develop and manage internal communications strategies to sales teams including talking points, emails, and presentations.
