2. Identify and secure brand-aligned partnerships in areas such as mobility, technology, sustainability, sports and culture.
3. Leverage collaborations to strengthen brand positionong and market credibilit.
4. Lead contract negotiatiations and manage budgets in close coordination with legal and finance teams.
5. Oversee end-to-end sponsorship processes (evaluation, negotiation, activation, performance tracking).
6. Manage and nurture long-term partner relationships.
7. Monitor market trends and measure ROI of partnership activities.职位要求1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, sponsorship management, or business development, ideally within the automotive, technology, or consumer electronics sector.
3. Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and managing brand partnerships and sponsorship agreements.
4. Strong understanding of partnership marketing and the role of sponsorships in building brand awareness and credibility.
5. Experience developing integrated partnership activations across marketing, events, digital, and retail channels.
6. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
7. Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, communications, and global headquarters teams.
8. Analytical mindset with experience measuring partnership performance and ROI.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills in an international environment.
10. Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage. 投递
