We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Marketing Professional to drive market intelligence, brand engagement, and growth opportunities across a diverse product portfolio. This role focuses on identifying emerging market trends, building strong relationships with global brands, and translating insights into impactful go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical expertise with strategic thinking to influence business direction and unlock new revenue streams. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position plays a critical role in shaping product positioning, strengthening market presence, and enabling long-term business growth through data-driven decision-making and innovation-led marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and new growth opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives and market dynamics
  • Build and nurture relationships with large enterprises and global brands to drive long-term partnerships and co-innovation opportunities
  • Lead brand engagement initiatives, including workshops, customized pitches, and strategic collaborations
  • Utilize advanced marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and measure impact
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights using modern techniques such as segmentation, predictive modeling, and data visualization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and product development to align strategies and drive product innovation
  • Translate market insights into clear product roadmaps and business strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and competitive movements to maintain market relevance
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to enhance marketing effectiveness and business positioning
  • Track and analyze existing market presence to identify expansion and optimization opportunities

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in chemicals, industrial products, FMCG, or related sectors
  • Strong expertise in market research methodologies, data analysis, and opportunity mapping
  • Proven experience engaging with large enterprises or global brands to drive strategic partnerships
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert complex data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence decision-making
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a strong focus on business growth
